NOTE: Michelangelo cannot be summoned from Shards. After November 13, the TMNT Champions can no longer be summoned by any means, but will remain playable for all who obtained them. 1. Best overall Masteries for Michelangelo in PvE, PvP and Bossing:

Offense — Deadly Precision, Keen Strike, Heart of Glory, Single Out, Life Drinker, Bring it Down, Methodical, Kill Streak, Warmaster.
Support — Pinpoint Accuracy, Charged Focus, Swarm Smitter, Lore of Steel, Cycle of Magic, Master Hexer.

If you have more than 7500 ATK on Mikey, consider swapping Warmaster with Helmsmasher in the Offense tree. This ultimately ends up giving more overall DMG bonus.
