Remove Helmet and the Barbershop are one of the most requested Features in Diablo Immortal by the Community. Blizzard has decided to listen to players and added a Barber and Hide Helmet into the game.

Hide Helmet option

In order to hide your helmets in Diablo Immortal, you will have to toggle the Display Helmet ON or OFF.

Hiding headgear is a unique feature and can be used on most of the Cosmetic Sets in the game.

The Barber

You can change Appearance in Diablo Immortal for free once every 7 days at the Barber.

To change your hairstyle and appearance you need to see the Barber located in Westmarch. See the photos below for reference.

Overall this means that there is more depth to the game in terms of theorycrafting and build potentials.
