Diablo 4 Massive Update Buff for Uber Unique Items

Uber Unique Items can now be salvaged to provide a new resource used to craft another Uber Unique Item of your choice!

In the latest Diablo 4 Patch Notes for build 1.3.2 Blizzard has announced a massive buff to the Uber Unique Items system. The Uber Unique Crafting system.

Developer’s Note: Uber Unique items are highly sought after. With Season of Blood, we introduced target-farming Uber Unique Items with Uber Duriel to gives players another source of acquiring this type of item. However, we want to give players increased autonomy in obtaining their desired Uber Unique by addressing feedback that expressed how acquiring duplicate or undesired Uber Unique Items lessens that feeling of triumph. A new system empowers players to make use of duplicate and undesired Uber Unique items by salvaging them for a new resource which can be used to eventually craft an Uber Unique of their choosing. Additionally, the chance for Uber Unique Items to drop everywhere but in Uber Duriel encounters has been increased.

Starting from February 13 Uber Unique Items can now be salvaged to provide a new brand new resource material, Resplendent Sparks.

After salvaging enough Uber Uniques, Players will be able to use 5x Resplendent Sparks to craft another Uber Unique Item of their choice.

This process can be done at the Alchemist and will be called Transmute an Uber Unique.

“How does Transmute and Uber Unique work?”

The Refine Resources tab at the Alchemist has been renamed Transmute, and the option to craft an Uber Unique item can be found under that tab.

Note that the preview window for crafting an Uber Unique won't display the item’s affixes.

Uber Unique Items are the strongest Items in Diablo 4.

The Uber Uniques can be found anywhere in Sanctuary but their drop rate is extremely low.

However if you want to increase your drop rates and chance of finding these Uber Unique Items you should follow these simple steps:

fight enemies at level 85+ and above;
find and defeat Treasure Goblins;
open Helltide Chests;
clear Dungeons;
farm Uber Bosses; (such as Uber Duriel)

Each Uber Unique Item Power comes at 820. Upgrading the equipment at the Blacksmith or Jeweler increases its power.

Andariel’s Visage

Starting our Diablo 4 Uber Unique list guide with Andariel's Visage. This helm dates back to Diablo 2 and Diablo 3 item list. Making a stronger return to Diablo 4 item list once again. It no longer reduces your Fire Resistance by 30%, as it was in Diablo 2.
Now, it provides you only with beneficial effects. They are increased Life Steal, Attack Speed, Poison Resistance, and Overall Stat Boost. On top of that, its biggest value lies in the Lucky Hit feature. The helm gives you quite a high chance of applying Poisoning damage to all enemies in the area.

Doombringer

Just like the previous item, Doombringer should be familiar to those who played Diablo 1, 2, and 3. Making its Legendary return to Diablo 4, it still remains a strong one-handed Sword that can drastically boost your stats.

Other Doombringer effects, include: Maximum Life Bonus, General Damage Increase, and Extra Core Skill Damage. On top of that, you have a 5% chance to heal on Lucky Hit. When the effect procs, you also have a chance to deal Shadow damage to nearby enemies and reduce their damage done for a short period of time.

The Grandfather

Another non class-specific uber unique, used by Barbarians and Druids. The Grandfather does not lose durability after you die. On top of that, the other stats of this weapon can roll higher than normal.

The Grandfather’s stats include: Increased Critical Strike Damage, Overall Damage Boost, Overall Stat Boost, and Maximum Life Bonus.

Harlequin Crest

The Harlequin Crest helm is one of the most wanted Uber Unique Item in the game by all classes. It also dates back to Diablo 1 and 2 and it is known as The Shako.

The Harlequin Crest is super good because it gives +4 Ranks to all Skills. On top of that, you gain up to 20% Damage Reduction against any sources. As for other bonuses, they include: Maximum Life Bonus, Increased Resource Generation Speed, Overall Stat Boost, and up to 10% Cooldown Reduction Speed.

Melted Heart of Selig

An amulet with high survivability stats. It also increases your Resource, giving +30% to your maximum Resource. This also comes with draining 3-8 Resource for every 1% Life you would have lost.

To further enhance your survivability rate, the amulet offers the following benefits: Improved Resistance to All Elements and Overall Stat Boost. Finally, you deal more damage while Healthy, and your Core Skill Damage is also increased.

Ring of Starless Skies

A ring that requires you to play around your Core Skills more than any others. Cast Skills consecutively to make this effect work. By doing so, you can reduce the Resource cost of each Core Skill cast by up to 40%.

On top of that, the ring provides other effects such as: Increased Cold Resistance, Extra Critical Strike and Lucky Hit Chance, and Higher Critical Strike Damage. This item can be a good pick for players who build around Core Skills.
